Is bullet train network a beneficial proposition for india

 No it's not good for india right now. I can show you 5 reason.

1. India will borrow 88000 crore rupees from japan and interest rate will be 0.1.

2. The fare of bullet train will be 3000 ahmedabad to Mumbai as per Achal khare( managing director of NHSRCL)

3. India is facing highly economic crises after demonetisation according to Manmohan Singh ( former prime minister and economist too)

4. India per capita income is 1.35000 rupees according to NSO. It's mean not everyone india citizens will afford bullet train.

5. High maintenance.


Instead of spending money on bullet train what india can do?

1. India can reform the Indian railway. It's important. 

I. According to NCRB there were 24545 death because of railway accident in 2019 to 2020.

II.  586 trains accident in the last five years were due to derailments as per The Time of India.

III. The railways suffered a loss of Rs 38017 crore according to data provided by the railways as of march 22.

India doesn't need bullet train network, indian railways should be reformed instead.
